Our Team
Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, but we all share a similar passion for supporting individuals who have complex needs.
Targeted expertise is our foundation, but we also draw from our practical, real-life experiences in public and private schools and in the special needs community. We practice the methods and techniques we preach every single day, so we know when to be flexible and when to push.
FOUNDER, SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Chris Magowan
Over the course of my career I have worked with so many wonderful students and young adults who have demonstrated that with the appropriate supports in place—and an environment that celebrates a person’s passions and interests—life-long learning can be achieved.
That's why I started All & Every, because I believe that all people can experience success, and every person should know that.
