What are you looking for?
During our initial consultation you’ll be asked a few questions to help us tailor our suggestions. You can choose to do this over video or a phone call.
During this consultation we may schedule a longer meeting - online or in-person - to provide a full assessment, including learning profile, sensory profile, strengths and challenges.

Onboarding Process & Goals
Based on our consultation, we’ll share who from our team is the best fit for your needs, preferences and schedule.
During onboarding with your tutor and/or community support worker you will establish frequency and timing and define your collaborative goals & learning outcomes.

Small changes, day-by-day
We get started right away, with a custom 1:1 tutoring and/or support strategy based on your unique needs.
Intermittent check-ins and team meetings ensure that services are being delivered effectively, and that there is no duplication of services.

Hours
For inquiries, you can reach us from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. Supports are offered 7 days a week.
We know that support is needed outside of business hours. We consult with each of our clients on an individual basis to determine when we can make the most impact.
