Approach

How We Work

At All & Every, we bring compassion, humor, and connection with us to work every day.

We love seeing growth in whatever form that takes for each of our clients.

Our ability to listen, intuit and react without judgment means we get to witness positive changes—large and small—every day.

And we think that's pretty special.

Building up natural supports

We work with individuals and their families & caretakers to bolster existing natural supports. We do this so that everyone in a special needs household is able to understand and use the specific techniques and tools that work without relying on external support 24/7.

Long term strategies for long term impact

While we understand that many families require urgent assistance with specific tasks and academic challenges, we know from experience that a long-term strategy that can be used by everyone in the caretaking environment will have the greatest impact. That is why we require our clients to work collaboratively with us - we are providing a process rather than a product.
