Meet our team

Chris Magowan, BA, BEd, OCT, is an Ontario Qualified, Special Education Teacher who lives in London, Ontario with his wife, Dr. Nicole Rush and son, Rush.

Chris has over 15 years of experience supporting children and young adults with autism and special needs. He has worked with adults as a Developmental Support Worker, Vocational Counsellor, and Rehabilitation Therapist. He has also worked with many young learners as a Teacher and as a private academic and social skills instructor. Magowan was also the assistant director of Oakwood Academy (a private school for exceptional learners) and the assistant director of KidsCAN Charity (a charitable organization that provides services and advocates for autism awareness and supports). Chris has been a director on the board at Vanier Children’s Services in London Ontario. Chris is also a representative on the Thames Valley District School Board’s Special Educational Advisory Committee on behalf of Autism Ontario.

Chris’ credentials include basic DIR® Floortime certification, his Specialization in Special Education, Brain Story certification, Crisis Prevention Institute Training (CPI) and is in Good Standing with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).

He has also attended multiple workshops including Social Thinking, JUMP Math, and ABI workshops through the Ontario Brain Injury Association.

Founded in 2021, All & Every is a private special education supports business located in London, Ontario that supports children and young adults with special needs including individuals on the autism spectrum.
Services are offered in-person or virtually.
